SB Nation BlogPoll College Football Top 25 Rankings »
I submit to you that pre-season polls are an exercise in absurdity, so hold your fire if you think your team deserves a higher spot on my ballot, or if it didn’t appear at all. (Auburn? Georgia? Nevada? West Virginia? Connecticut? Nebraska? Chill out. Really.) Nobody has played anybody yet, and so any team with a pulse has as much a case as yours for a better ranking.
Here at the Purple Wimple, resume polling is the order of the day. So when teams begin to accumulate a resume, my ballot will change immensely and immediately. Look forward to it– it’s kind of a wild ride.
